On March 28, after a long public process and a unanimous vote from the Minneapolis Park Board, Banyan closed on the property of 2529 13th Ave. S. The lot is a little less than one acre and located in our service area.
We also inherited an old building! This building will be demolished to make way for our new building and land development.
