Friday was Employee Appreciation Day at Banyan!
Staff enjoyed a free lunch, played games, and received a gift bag of goodies. One of the gifts was a gratitude rock from Mark Chronister. Recently Banyan staff completed a training utilizing our StrengthsFinder results. We were led through facilitated discussions, within each of our teams, to help better understand our fellow employees. This process helped employees and managers to gain a better appreciation of everyone’s unique contributions to Banyan’s mission. And staff members were able to gain a better understanding of self.
