We are very excited to announce Holly Miller as our new Development and Marketing Director at Banyan Community! After engaging a search firm early in the summer, we embarked on a thorough and comprehensive process to find the right person for this vital role. We are so happy to have found Holly.
Holly brings significant fundraising and development experience, from effective donor cultivation to successful fundraising events. She also has honed her leadership strategy skills, and demonstrated a proven capacity to coach and grow a strong, collaborative development team. She is also a listener, learner, and relator, which are such essential qualities for this important position and for our organizational culture.

Most recently, Holly served as a consultant, working closely with Dr. Verna Price at The Power of People Leadership Institute. Her responsibilities included directing a capital campaign, creating a fundraising plan, and publishing an annual report. Holly has a degree in Business Administration, has worked in family ministry, and formerly served as a Director for the Arthritis Foundation. Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, Holly enjoys sports—especially soccer!—and looks forward to meeting the many wonderful supporters of our transformative work.
