The Banyan Community families had a blast at the roller-skating winter gathering. Laughter filled the air as skaters of all ages zoomed, or attempted to zoom, around the rink. Many friends learned the valuable lesson of getting back up and trying again!
Teenagers skated in long chains, experiencing whiplash as they turned corners with excitement. Mothers held hands supporting their young skaters, and some brave parents took to the rink for the first time, skating with their arms at high guard. A handful of youth demonstrated get proficiency on wheels especially Rohan who skated an impressive 100 laps, showcasing his determination and skill.
The event was not just about fun; it was a celebration of family togetherness and resilience in the face of challenges. Everyone left with memories of laughter, support, and the joy of conquering new experiences on wheels.
